Orders shipped to remote northeastern states and union territories such as Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh will incur an additional ₹70 remote area shipping fee, automatically calculated at checkout.

- Unboxing video is required for any replacement or refund claim where there is a product issue
- Any promotional gifts received with the order must also be returned for a full refund
Returns without prior approval from the QPets customer service team will not be accepted.
